With over 10 years of combined mixology experience and more than four years working side by side, we've built our careers in Charleston's evolving cocktail scene. From opening new beverage programs to crafting cocktails in some of the city's premier bars and lounges, we've dedicated ourselves to mastering the craft behind every pour.

Bar Theory was born from the belief that exceptional cocktails deserve more than a recipe—they deserve an experience. Our immersive cocktail workshops are designed to pull back the curtain on the techniques, philosophies, and details that transform a drink into something memorable.
